Feni District Deaf Development Organization is a Deaf Peoples Organization (DPO) working in Feni district of Bangladesh. The organization was established in 2009. The organization being started involving local persons with hearing impairment with their own initiatives. Now the organization has total 110 members; among them male 70 and female 40 The organization implements its activities ensuring equal participation of men and women with hearing impairments. According to the bylaws of the organization there are 21 members in the Executive Committee.

The organizational activities are implemented by the staff and volunteers following the directives of the General Secretary/ Executive Director. Through the direct involvement of the men and women with hearing impairments, the organization is working to promote rights of the Deaf and improving their lives with supports from government and non-government organizations. Besides, the organization is striving for partnership with the mainstreaming organizations for Disability Inclusion in their programs through ensuring active and meaningful participation of the Deaf as well as providing capacity building and technical assistance.
